BSDS2-12 series indoor high-voltage AC vacuum load switch and its fuse assembly are successfully developed by our company. The performance meets the requirements of GB/T 3804-2017 "3.6 kV-40.5 kV high-voltage AC load switch", GB16926-2009 "High-voltage AC load switch-fuse assembly" and IEC420 international standard, and it has excellent electrical and mechanical properties.

The excellent insulation and mechanical properties of the product can ensure that the switchgear can run reliably even in seriously polluted places. The products have perfect mechanical and electrical interlocking devices, which have high operational stability and reliability, ensuring the safety of operators and equipment and ensuring the safety of electricity consumption.


Product features

●Miniaturization: Minimum cabinet width is 500mm, and cabinet depth is 900mm.

●Integration: The frame structure is compact, and it is a high-performance miniaturized high-voltage electrical product integrating disconnector, vacuum load switch, fuse and grounding switch.

●Modularization: The self-developed CTE6 spring operating mechanism is adopted, with small operating power and modular design, which is convenient for overhaul and maintenance.

●When the isolating switch is off, the distance between the isolating knife and the cabinet is more than 125mm (500mm wide).

Selection of high-voltage current-limiting fuse

Minimum tolerance: 20N;; Maximum duration of the trip: 100ms;;

Operating instructions and interlocking requirements

Optimization of on-off indication

●Circuit breaker operation indicator, the switch opening and closing instructions of each part are designed in combination with the primary analog line, and the graphic state is maintenance state (the circuit breaker is in the opening state, the disconnector is in the opening state, and the grounding switch is in the closing state), and the opening and closing instructions are green; When it is in the power-on state, the opening and closing instructions are red. In the actual use process, the switch state of each part can be quickly judged by the on-off indicating color. Interlocking mode of circuit breaker, disconnector and grounding switch

●Only after the circuit breaker opens, can the disconnector open; The earthing switch can only be closed after the disconnector is opened.

●After the earthing switch is opened, the disconnector can be closed; After the disconnector is closed, the circuit breaker can be closed; After the circuit breaker is closed, the circuit breaker cannot be closed again.

●Only after the earthing switch is closed can the cupboard door be opened.

●Only after closing the cupboard door can the grounding switch be opened.


Operation of Circuit Breaker (Left Operation for Side Installation of Switch)

●The energy required for circuit breaker closing is provided by closing spring. Energy storage can be provided by an external power supply driven motor or by an energy storage handle. When storing energy manually, insert the energy storage handle into the energy storage operation shaft and turn the energy storage handle counterclockwise. When you hear a click, it means that the energy storage is completed.

●Turn the opening and closing knob clockwise for closing. After closing in place, the opening and closing instructions of the circuit breaker will change from green to red.

●Turn the opening/closing knob counterclockwise for opening/closing. After opening/closing is in place, the opening/closing indicator of the circuit breaker changes from red to green.

●The electric switch is controlled by the switch-on and switch-off buttons for electric operation.


Operation of disconnector (left operation of switch side installation)

●Turn the operating key counterclockwise to switch on. When the switch is in place, the on-off indication of the disconnector changes from green to red.

●Turn the operating key clockwise to turn off the brake. When the brake is in place, the on-off indication of the disconnector changes from red to green.


Operation of grounding switch (left operation for switch side installation)

●Turn the operating key clockwise to turn off the brake. When the brake is in place, the on-off indication of the grounding switch changes from green to red.

●Turn the operating key counterclockwise to switch on. When the switch is in place, the on-off indication of the grounding switch changes from red to green.


Operation of cabinet door locking

●Closing the cupboard door automatically unlocks the cupboard door and grounding switch.

●The earthing switch is closed. When the cupboard door is opened, the cupboard door and earthing switch are automatically locked.
