Self-resetting overvoltage and undervoltage protector is a device that can automatically disconnect when overvoltage and undervoltage in the line exceed the specified value, automatically detect the line voltage, and automatically close when the voltage in the line returns to normal. It is mainly used for the protection of overvoltage, undervoltage, open phase and broken zero line in the distribution lines of homes and shopping malls (single-phase AC230V, three-phase four-wire AC415V).


Area of application

Self-compound overvoltage and undervoltage protector is suitable for users or loads with single-phase AC voltage of 220V, frequency of 50Hz and rated working current of 60A or below. As the protection of single-phase electrical equipment from over-and-under voltage of single-phase line caused by neutral line fault. It is mainly used to protect the incoming line of residential sub-box or the distribution line that needs to protect single-phase electrical equipment.


Design principle

The control circuit adopts high-speed micro-low-power-consumption processor as the core, magnetic latching relay as the main circuit, and modular standard design. When the power supply line has overvoltage and undervoltage, the protector can quickly and safely cut off the circuit under the continuous high-voltage impact to avoid the accident caused by abnormal voltage being sent to the terminal appliance. When the voltage returns to normal, the protector will automatically turn on the circuit within a specified time to ensure the normal operation of the terminal appliance under unattended conditions.

1.Cut off the line when the single-phase line is under-voltage, and automatically reset and connect the line after the voltage of the single-phase line returns to normal after a delay, without manual operation.

2.When transient or transient overvoltage occurs on the line, the protector will not cause misoperation.

3.When the voltage of the line is unstable due to faults such as false contacts, or when there is a sudden power failure and a sudden call, the protector will not connect the line.

4.When the line fault voltage is the highest, the protector itself will not be damaged.

5.The protector has inverse time limit action characteristics, and the action time is ≤1s.

6.Voltage protection range: 0-450 V below 40A, 50/60 A: 0-600 V..

7.Impulse withstand voltage: 4kV (meeting the safety standards of Class III electrical appliances).

8.The protector has two-color light-emitting diodes to indicate the working state, green-normal voltage indication and red-over-under voltage or delay indication.

10.Wiring capacity: insulated wires of 25mm2 and below.
