ZGSX-40.5 (photovoltaic) special combined transformer (hereinafter referred to as combined transformer) is a kind of special substation equipment that increases the voltage generated by wind turbine (photovoltaic) to an ideal value and then outputs it to the grid.

Altitude: ≤ 1000 m (plateau type design when ≥ 1000 m);

Outdoor wind speed: ≤ 35m/s;

Relative humidity: the daily average is not more than 95%, and the monthly average is not more than 90%;

Pollution grade: Class 1 and III;

Earthquake intensity: no more than 8 degrees;

Installation location: no fire danger, serious pollution, chemical corrosion and violent vibration.

Product features

The substation has compact structure, small floor space, external radiator and better heat dissipation effect;

The substation adopts new transformer series technology, with reasonable structure, safety and reliability;

Transformer oil is used as the insulation medium of high voltage components at 10kV or 35kV side, which greatly reduces the safety distance.

The oil tank adopts a fully enclosed structure, which isolates the oil from the atmosphere, reduces the intervention of oxidation process and water vapor, and improves the stability, reliability and safety of the system equipment.

At the same time, it is convenient to disassemble and assemble by using the chip radiator.

Simple maintenance;

The box is treated by special shot peening technology, which has good anti-corrosion and anti-exposure ability and can effectively resist the erosion of wind and sand;

The low voltage side adopts domestic intelligent circuit breaker and plastic shell air switch, which has high breaking ability and good protection performance;

Transformer oil tank can be equipped with pressure gauge and thermometer with communication interface, and load switch can be equipped with travel switch to realize remote monitoring, operation and maintenance of transformer;

The box is fully sealed, and the protection level of high and low voltage chambers can reach IP54.
