DW15 universal circuit breaker (hereinafter referred to as circuit breaker), which is mainly used for AC 50Hz with rated current of 100 A-4000A; Rated working voltage is from 380V to 1140V, among which the rated current is 1000A~4000A and the rated working voltage is 380V), which is used to distribute electric energy and protect lines and power supply equipment from overload, undervoltage and short circuit. The specifications of the shell current of 630A and below can be used to protect the motor from overload, undervoltage and short circuit. Under normal conditions, DW15 universal circuit breaker can be used for infrequent line switching and motor starting. Because the circuit breaker also has three-stage protection characteristics, it can selectively protect the power grid. For the pumping circuit breaker, because the main circuit and the secondary circuit adopt plug-in structure, the isolating switch required by the national circuit breaker is omitted. 9.Rated working voltage: circuit breakers with rated working voltage of 1140V are used for installation category III, circuit breakers with rated working voltage of 660V and below are used for installation category IV, and the installation categories of auxiliary circuits are all used for installation category III except undervoltage release coil and primary coil of power transformer.
Design feature
DW15 universal circuit breaker is in the form of three-dimensional arrangement, and the contact system, fast electromagnet and left and right side panels are all installed on an insulating board. The upper part is equipped with an arc extinguishing system, and the operating mechanism can be installed right in front or on the right side. There are "off" and "on" instructions and manual disconnect buttons. A shunt trip is installed at the upper left, and an undervoltage trip connected with the trip half shaft is installed at the back. The fast saturated current transformer or current-voltage converter is sleeved on the bus. Undervoltage delay device, thermal relay or semiconductor release can all be installed below.
DW15 universal circuit breaker is a three-dimensional layout and contact system, and the operating mechanism is installed on the iron frame. There is an arc extinguishing system on the upper part and an operating mechanism on the right side. "On" and "Off" instructions and manual "On" and "Off" buttons. The left side surface is equipped with shunt release and undervoltage release. The fast saturation current transformer or current-voltage converter is sleeved on the lower bus. Undervoltage delay device, thermal relay or semiconductor release can all be installed below.
This product consists of circuit breaker body and drawer seat. The circuit breaker body is equipped with isolating contact knife, secondary circuit moving contact, and grounding contact supporting guide rail.
