Area of application

HR6 series fuse disconnectors (hereinafter referred to as switches) are used as power switches, disconnectors and emergency switches in power distribution circuits and motor circuits with high short-circuit current. The rated isolation voltage AC is 690V and the rated frequency is 50Hz. When the rated working voltage is 380V, the rated working current is 630A, and when the rated working voltage is 660V, the rated working current is 425A, which is mainly used for AC circuit protection. This switch is not used as a direct switch.

The product meets the standard: GB/T14048.3.

Working conditions

●The upper limit value of ambient air temperature shall not exceed+40℃, the lower limit value shall not be lower than-5℃, and the average value within 24h shall not exceed+35℃.

●The elevation of the installation site shall not exceed 2000m.

●The relative humidity of the atmosphere at the installation site shall not exceed 50% when the maximum ambient temperature is+40℃, and it may be higher at lower temperature. The average minimum temperature in the wettest month shall not exceed+25℃, and the monthly average maximum relative humidity in this month shall not exceed 90%. Measures must be taken due to the condensation on the product due to temperature change.

●Pollution level: Level 3.

●Installation category: Class Ill.

●The switch should be installed in a place where there is no obvious shaking, impact vibration and rain and snow, and there should be no explosive and dangerous medium in the installation place, and there is no gas and dust in the medium that can corrode metals and destroy insulation.

Use and maintenance

●The switch can only be put into normal operation after vertical installation, and the cover plate needs to be removed first when installation;

●The switch should be equipped with NT fuse and the rated current of fuse should be correctly selected according to the capacity of electrical equipment. If the fuse is needed to fuse the signal device, NTA fuse with striker must be used. When the fuse is self-made or updated, industrial vaseline oil should be coated on the surface of the contact knife;

●The sectional dimensions of copper bars for wiring shall conform to GB/T14048.1 "Low-voltage switchgear and controlgear Part 1"; Requirements in Tables 9, 10 and 11 in the General Principles standard;

●When replacing the fuse link, disconnect the load circuit, open or withdraw the upper cover of the switch, gently press the spring under the fuse link mounting card, the replaced fuse link can be removed from the cover, and the new fuse link can be pushed directly along the notch of the card board;

●Although the interrupter can be simply pulled out or inserted from the upper socket, unnecessary disassembly and assembly should be avoided as far as possible. The installation of the interrupter must be very careful and inserted vertically into the bottom positioning;

●The switch should be checked frequently to clean up dust and oil stains; Keep the insulation level of the switch, and the friction part of the operating mechanism should be oiled regularly to make its action flexible and prolong its service life;

●During normal operation, always check the fuse indicator of the fuse body to prevent accidents caused by the lack of phase operation of the motor due to phase melt melting.
