HD11FA series error-proof isolators are suitable for low-voltage complete distribution equipment with rated isolation voltage 660V, rated working voltage 380V, rated frequency 50Hz and rated working current up to 150OA. They can be used as switching circuits or isolated power sources under no load (existing voltage and no current). It has simple structure and convenient operation, and conforms to IEC60947-3 and GB14048.3 standards.

Architectural feature

1.In this series of isolators, single blade is used in 200.40OA and double blades are used in 600~1500A. The two sides of the blade are equipped with leaf springs to obtain contact pressure, and both the contact and blade are tinned, which strengthens the surface protection and reduces the contact resistance.

2.This series of isolators adopts the operating handle of the central insulating cover plate, which can prevent the operator from touching the live parts of the isolators during operation.

3.This series of isolators has a locking mechanism. When the locking mechanism is in the closed position, the isolators can be continuously opened, and can withstand short-term impact current without misoperation. If disconnection operation is to be carried out, it can only be carried out after unlocking.

4.LX19B travel switch can be installed on the isolator mounting plate, and the contact state of the travel switch is controlled by the open/close position of the cover plate, which structurally ensures that the normally closed contact of the travel switch is opened before the main contact and closed after the main contact. If the contact of the travel switch is connected with the contactor or the coil loop of the automatic air switch, the isolator can be closed and disconnected without load.
