Introduce

CJ40 series AC contactors (abbreviated as contactors) are suitable for switching on and off circuits in power systems with AC power of 50Hz, rated voltage of 660V and current of 1000A, and are combined with appropriate thermal relays or electronic protection devices to form motor starters to protect circuits that may be overloaded.

Contactors are designed, manufactured and inspected according to GB14048.4 and JB8591.3.

Auxiliary specifications and codes are composed of four parts, which are selected in the following order according to needs, among which

A)In the first part, 1 digit is used to indicate the number of poles of the main circuit, and 3 and 4 are used to indicate 3 and 4 poles respectively, but 3 may not be written;

B)The rated working voltage is indicated by 2 digits in the second part: "03" means 380V, which can be omitted, and "06" means 660 V;

C)The third part indicates the rated control power supply voltage, with the letter "A.C" indicating AC, "D.C" indicating DC, and the letter is followed by the numerical value of the rated control power supply voltage, but "A.C380" can be omitted;

D)In the fourth part, the letter "f" and two digits are used to indicate the types and quantities of auxiliary contacts. The former digit indicates the number of auxiliary contacts that are engaged and disengaged, and the latter digit indicates the number of auxiliary contacts that are engaged and disengaged. However, "F42" can be omitted, and there are only four pairs of contacts for contactors with specifications below 40A, and "F22" can be omitted.

Normal working conditions and installation conditions

●Ambient air temperature: the upper limit is +40℃, and its average value does not exceed+35℃ within 24h; The lower limit is -5℃.

●Altitude: The altitude of the installation site shall not exceed 2000m.

●Atmospheric conditions: the relative humidity of the air at the installation site shall not exceed 50% when the high temperature is +40℃; Higher relative humidity is allowed at lower temperature; When the average minimum temperature in the wettest month does not exceed +25℃, the monthly average * * * * * relative humidity in this month does not exceed 90%, and condensation on the product surface due to temperature change should be considered.

●Pollution level: the pollution level is level 3.

●Installation category (overvoltage type): Installation category is III.

●Installation conditions: the inclination between the installation surface and the vertical plane shall not be greater than 5.

Note: The inclination of the products that make up the mine starter with the vertical plane is not more than 15, and the user should declare it to the manufacturer when ordering.
