Introduce

CJT1 series AC contactors (hereinafter referred to as contactors) are suitable for AC 50Hz (or 60Hz) power lines with rated voltage of 380V and current of 150A, and are mainly used to make and break circuits frequently in a long distance, and are combined with appropriate thermal relays or electronic protection devices to form motor starters to protect circuits that may be overloaded.

Contactors are designed, produced and tested according to GB14048.4 standard.

Normal working conditions and installation conditions

●Ambient air temperature

A)The ambient air temperature shall not exceed +40℃, and the average temperature within 24h shall not exceed+35℃;

B)The lower limit of ambient air temperature is -5℃.

●Altitude: The altitude of the installation site shall not exceed 2000m.

●Atmospheric conditions: the relative humidity at high temperature of +40℃ shall not exceed 50%; At lower temperature, higher relative can be allowed.

●Humidity, for example, reaches 90% at 20℃, and special measures should be taken for occasional condensation due to temperature change.

●The pollution level of the installation site is Grade 3.

●Installation category of contactor: Class III.

●The inclination between the installation surface of the contactor and the vertical plane is not more than 5.

●The product should be installed and used in a place without obvious shaking, impact and vibration.
