(1) isolating switch operation:
1) check whether the temperature of the contact part of the disconnector is overheated;
2) Check whether there is any damage, crack and discharge trace on the end edge, and whether there is any sign of the end edge falling off at the bonding place;
3) Check whether the blade locking device of single-phase disconnector for 10kV crowded circuit is in good condition.
(2) isolating switch maintenance project:
1) Clean the dust on the surface of porcelain, and check whether the surface of porcelain is glazed, damaged, cracked and flashover, and whether the iron-porcelain joint of the edge is firm. If the damage is serious, it should be replaced;
2) Wipe off the oil stains on the blades, contacts or fingers with gasoline, and check whether the contact surfaces are clean, and whether there are any signs of mechanical damage, oxidation and overheating, distortion and deformation;
3) Check whether the accessories on the contact or blade are complete and damaged;
4) Check whether the lead connecting the disconnector with the bus and circuit breaker is firm and whether there is overheating;
5) Check whether the soft connection parts are damaged or broken;
6) Check and clean the control mechanism and transmission part, and add proper amount of lubricating grease;
7) Check whether the interval between the transmission part and the live part meets the requirements; Whether the positioner and braking device are firm and the action is correct;
8) Check whether the base of the disconnector is in good condition and whether the grounding is reliable.
(3) to prevent the isolating switch misoperation:
1) A mechanical interlock should be installed between the disconnector and the circuit breaker, and a connecting rod mechanism is usually adopted to ensure that the disconnector cannot break when the circuit breaker is in the closing position;
2) The auxiliary contact on the operating mechanism of the oil circuit breaker is used to control the electromagnetic lock, so that the electromagnetic lock can lock the operating handle of the disconnector and ensure that the operating handle of the disconnector cannot be operated before the circuit breaker is disconnected;
3) When it is difficult to adopt mechanical interlocking when the distance between the disconnector and the circuit breaker is far away, the lock key of the disconnector can be stored at the circuit breaker or on the control switch handle of the circuit breaker. Only after the circuit breaker is opened, can the key be taken out and the corresponding disconnector be opened to avoid switching on load;
4) A mechanical interlock device of grounding wire is installed at the operating mechanism of the disconnector. Before the grounding wire is removed, the disconnector cannot be closed for operation.
5) During inspection, carefully check the isolating switch with grounding knife to ensure that the mechanical interlocking device between the main blade and the grounding knife is good, and the grounding knife should be opened first when the main blade is closed.
