1. Ordinary type
The conductive loop of that main part of the circuit break is arranged in a cylindrical insulate cylinder made of insulating materials, so that the vacuum interrupter is protect from the influence of external environment and mechanical damage. The circuit breaker main body is installed at the rear of the housing of the circuit breaker operating mechanism made into a bracket shape. Depending on the situation of the place of use, a dust cover can be added to the insulating cylinder (as an additional device). This design helps to prevent flashover and serves as an additional protection for the internal pollution of the circuit breaker.
2. Polar column type
The pole of the circuit breaker is designed as a cylinder, which is installed at the back of the bracket-shaped operating mechanism shell. The conductive part of the pole of the circuit breaker is enclosed in epoxy resin sleeve to avoid being affected by impact and external environment.
Structure of operating mechanism
The operating mechanism is a spring energy storage operating mechanism, and one operating mechanism operates the three-phase vacuum interrupter. The operating mechanism mainly includes two tension springs for energy storage, a closing energy storage device, a connecting plate, a crank arm and a tripping device which are transmitted to each phase arc extinguishing chamber. In addition, components such as an energy storage motor, a tripping device, an auxiliary switch, a control device, an on-off button, a manual energy storage shaft, an energy storage state indicator, an on-off indicator and the like are installed in front of the lever frame. The operating mechanism is suitable for automatic reclosing operation, and because the energy storage time of the motor is very short, it can also perform reclosing operations for many times. The spring of the operating mechanism has two energy storage modes: manual energy storage and electric energy storage
