Key technical requirements for operation and maintenance

Mechanical characteristics monitoring:

Warning value: brake opening speed decreases by > 15% or overtravel changes by > 2mm → trigger maintenance warning.


Periodic maintenance

3 years /5000 operations: measure the resistance of the main circuit (standard: ≤25μΩ @ 1250A).

10 years: replace vacuum interrupter (depending on wear monitoring data)


Safety interlock

Forced locking logic: it is forbidden to operate the grounding knife switch when the circuit breaker is closed (in line with GB 3906 Five Preventions).
