Product overview

High-voltage solid-state soft starter, also known as medium-high voltage solid-state soft starter, is a new type of medium-high voltage motor soft starter, which is mainly suitable for medium-high voltage AC motors below 10KV. It adopts advanced DSP control technology and power electronics technology, and its main components are three relatively parallel gates connected between the power supply and the controlled motor and their electronic control circuits. By using different methods to control the opening angles of three relatively parallel gates, the input voltage of the controlled motor can be changed according to different requirements, and different functions can be realized.


Performance characteristics

Adopting imported series thyristors and professional insulating materials combined with modern power electronic control technology, it is professionally designed and manufactured. The high-voltage solid-state soft starting device is suitable for the characteristics and characteristics of large and medium-sized motors.


High reliability

The main circuit of the device adopts modular structure and installation mode, and has multiple overvoltage absorption and protection technologies. Multi-layer clipping is adopted for transient dv/dt, lightning impulse voltage, operating wave overvoltage and transient transition process, and unique measures and methods are adopted for di/dt, voltage equalization when valve is opened and closed.


Perfect isolation of strong and weak current

High anti-interference digital trigger and optical fiber isolation or CT isolation transmission technology are adopted to avoid the mutual interference between strong and weak electricity, making the high-voltage performance of the device as safe and reliable as that of the low-voltage device. The unique fault detection and judgment system can quickly transmit the detection results to the control circuit, give an audible and visual alarm and take corresponding measures at any time to prevent the fault from expanding.

The efficiency of high-voltage soft starter is as high as > 96% (up to 97%), which is much higher than other soft starters.


A variety of perfect protection functions

Short-circuit, overcurrent, current limiting, overvoltage, undervoltage, overload, phase loss, three-phase current imbalance, overheating, communication failure and other fault state alarm timely processing protection, protection of soft starter and motor. The unique heat dissipation and design effectively cool the thyristor components. A variety of optional soft start functions, including standard soft start, constant current soft start, double voltage ramp start, soft start with jump function, etc. It has the characteristics of small volume, low power consumption, high sensitivity, no contact and convenient installation.

The altitude does not exceed 2000m (above 2000m, it can be specially designed according to specific working conditions).

Maximum working voltage shall not exceed 110% of rated voltage.

Typical application

Water pump: the water pump control function is adopted to reduce the water hammer phenomenon caused by the flow generated by the water pump when starting and stopping, thus saving the system maintenance cost;

Ball mill: voltage ramp starting is adopted to reduce the wear of gear torque, reduce the maintenance workload and prolong the service life;

Fan: solid soft starter is used to replace traditional starter to reduce belt wear and mechanical impact;

Compressor: adopt current limiting to realize smooth start and reduce motor temperature rise;

Crusher: adopt locked-rotor protection and quick protection device to avoid mechanical failure and blockage caused by overheating and burning of motor;

Conveying machinery: soft start and soft stop control are adopted to realize smooth and gradual start-up process and smooth and slow down stop process, so as to avoid damage to materials and equipment caused by impact.
