Overview

Type HXGN17-12 switchgear is suitable for 10KV, three-phase AC 50Hz, single bus system, which is used for receiving and distributing electric energy. It has the characteristics of miniaturization, low price, safety and reliability, simple operation and so on, and meets the needs of power market, transformation of urban power grid and rural power grid, and box substation.

Structure Description

The switch cabinet is a metal closed box-type fixed structure, and the cabinet body structure is formed by bolting aluminum-zinc coated steel plates, and the cabinet body is assembled by aluminum-zinc coated plate connectors. The installation plate and partition in the cabinet are galvanized, and the cabinet is divided into four small rooms, namely, bus room, circuit breaker room, instrument room and cable room.

Main feature

⊙GN30-12 rotary isolating switch is used at the upper part of the rear part of the cabinet, and GN19-12 isolating switch is used at the lower part of the cabinet, with the following procedures.

Reliable mechanical interlocking device for operation provides reliable safety protection for operators and equipment;

⊙Equipped with side-mounted VS1-12 vacuum circuit breaker;

⊙The main switch, disconnector and cupboard door are all locked by force, and the product meets the functional requirements of "five precautions";

⊙The cable terminal has a large space from the ground, which is convenient for the production, installation, inspection and maintenance of the cable;

⊙Enclosure protection level is IP2X.
