Overview

KYN61-40.5 armored removable AC metal enclosed switchgear is an indoor complete distribution device with three-phase AC 50Hz and rated voltage of 12kV. It is used for power plants, substations and industrial and mining enterprises to receive and distribute electric energy, and has the functions of controlling, protecting and monitoring circuits.

Structure instruction

The switchgear is designed according to the requirements of GB3906. The whole cabinet is composed of cabinet body and drawable parts (handcart). The cabinet body structure is made of aluminum-coated zinc plate or galvanized plate bolted and assembled. The switch cabinet is divided into circuit breaker room, bus room, cable room and meter room. The metal components are reliably grounded. Each compartment of the main loop system has independent pressure release channels, and a 10×60mm grounding bus can be set in the cable room.

Main features

⊙Simple and effective "five prevention" locking to prevent misoperation;

⊙VS1-12(ZN63A), VD4, ZN12, 3AH, VB2, VEP vacuum circuit breaker and VA7 vacuum contactor can be used;

⊙It can be equipped with voltage transformer handcart, metering handcart, isolation handcart, fuse handcart, etc. Handcarts with the same purpose are interchangeable;

⊙Reliable wall installation and maintenance in front of the cabinet to reduce the floor space;

⊙The circuit breaker room and cable room can be equipped with heaters respectively to prevent condensation and corrosion;

⊙The cable room has ample space and can connect multiple cables;

⊙The protection level of the shell is IP4X, and the protection level between handcart doors and compartments is IP2X；;

⊙The material can be made of galvanized sheet or aluminum-coated zinc sheet;

⊙Handcart can be equipped with electric chassis car to realize remote control;

⊙Grounding switch can be equipped with electric operating mechanism, which is convenient for remote control.
