Overview
GZDW-01 DC screen for cadmium-nickel battery is a product that has been manufactured by our factory for many years. We have collected the operation records of hundreds of substations, solicited opinions from design and users, and designed an updated product in view of some common problems of similar products in China. It is suitable for small and medium-sized power plants, substations and distribution rooms of industrial and mining enterprises below the power system, and is used as DC power supply for DC operating mechanism of high-voltage circuit breakers and DC power supply for control circuit, relay protection, signal circuit and emergency lighting.
Operating principle
Two sets of three-phase silicon controlled rectifier devices are installed in the DC screen of GZDW-01 cadmium-nickel battery. Among them, the 1# rectifier operates in a voltage-stabilizing mode and directly supplies power to the control bus, and the 2# rectifier can operate in a current-stabilizing mode and undertake the tasks of main charging and floating charging of the battery pack, and the battery pack directly supplies power to the closing bus, and the battery pack supplies power to the control bus through hanging chain voltage reduction to control the bus to keep the voltage continuous under any circumstances.
Main feature
Three-phase fully-controlled bridge rectifier is used to replace the ferromagnetic saturated main charger and floating charger in traditional products, which overcomes the shortcomings of traditional products such as voltage stabilization, low current stabilization accuracy, high noise and temperature rise.
⊙The call-in of the standby channel adopts contactless switch for dynamic input.
⊙This series of DC screens charge the battery with constant current in the early stage and constant voltage in the later stage, and can realize automatic conversion of charging state.
⊙This series of DC screens has the functions of automatic current stabilization, dynamic voltage stabilization, current limiting, short circuit protection and overvoltage protection.
⊙The whole machine can output signal contacts such as bus voltage, bus grounding, charger failure, etc.
