Overview

GGD fixed cubicle is suitable for power users such as power plants, substations, industrial and mining enterprises, etc. in the power distribution system with rated AC voltage of 380V at 50Hz and rated AC current of 3150A, and is used for power conversion, distribution and control of power, lighting and power distribution equipment. The product has the characteristics of high breaking capacity, good dynamic and thermal stability and strong applicability. The products meet GB7251.1, GBT/23359, JB/T9661 and other related standards.

Structure instruction

1.The cabinet frame is assembled by local welding of 8MF cold-formed steel, and its rigidity and bearing capacity meet the installation requirements of electrical components. The frame has installation holes arranged according to the number of E=20mm and E=100mm respectively, so as to improve the versatility of product assembly. The main buses are arranged in the upper part of the cabinet, and the ZMJ-type bus clamp is a modular combination structure, which is made of high flame-retardant PPO material by hot injection molding. It has high mechanical strength and insulation, can withstand the effective value of 50kA and the peak current of 105kA, and the long-term allowable temperature of thermal stability impact force can reach 120℃. Cabinet protection grade IP3X.

2.The cabinet frame is a C-section combined structure, and the structural parts are all galvanized or made of aluminum-zinc coated plates. Self-tapping locking screws and 8.8-grade hexagon screws are used to connect each other to form a basic frame, and then according to the needs of scheme change, corresponding doors, sealing plates, partitions, mounting brackets, bus bars, functional units and other parts are added to assemble a complete device. The dimensions of parts and compartments in the device are modularized (modular unit E=25mm).
