Overview
Low-voltage draw-out switchgear is suitable for power generation and power supply systems with three-phase AC frequency of 50Hz, rated working voltage of 400V(690V) and rated current of 4000A or less, and is used for centralized control of power, distribution and motors and capacitor compensation. Widely used in power plants, petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, textiles, high-rise buildings and other places, this product conforms to IEC60439-1, GB7251.1, JB/T9661 and other standards. The cabinet adopts a new manufacturing process, and each functional unit adopts modular design, and the unit combination is flexible and convenient, which can replace the GCS scheme and function in the current market.
Structure description
1.Hand-operated propulsion mechanism is applied to unit drawers, which can be divided into two categories: break-up exercise and electric exercise. It is a multi-turn labor-saving push mode, which realizes easy, flexible and smooth push and move out of the drawer. The three stations have mechanical positioning and display, and have the function of "click" to prompt the position, which makes it easy and flexible to push the three or four drawers of 630A. The closing interlock has the function of re-fastening and resetting, the principle of propulsion mechanism and the technology of interlock mechanism. Among them, the special interlocking mechanism for electric operation can only move the drawer by cutting off the switch, which effectively prevents misoperation, and realizes that the rocker handle enters the mechanism (operable state) and the electric operation mechanism can't get electricity. Only when the rocker handle is pulled out, the electric operation mechanism can get electricity, which makes it open and close electrically, with high operational safety;
2.The hand-pulled propulsion interlocking mechanism is applied to the unit drawer, which has the functions of three-position locking, displaying and closing the interlocking position to assist the power supply, and the switch is buckled and reset;
3.The small hand-pulled propulsion mechanism is applied to 1/2 and 1/4 drawer units, and has the functions of three-position locking, displaying and closing interlocking position auxiliary power supply, and the switch is buckled and reset;
4.The drawer propulsion interlocking mechanism has mechanical display of separation, test and connection positions, and the electrical contacts are synchronized with the positions.
Main features
1.Main circuit plug: The positioning of the plug spring is an important guarantee for the reliability of the plug structure. The pressure of the spring, especially after 500 times of plugging and unplugging, changes greatly, which is a problem of the plug seen in the current market. This plug-in spring is made of manganese steel. Thermal treatment, stable and reliable performance, the plug is laminated, 4 copper sheets are a group, and each group has an independent contact spring fixing structure, which has strong resistance to overload current. Incoming and outgoing plug-ins completely cancel the connection mode of riveted cables, so as to avoid adverse effects caused by unreliable riveted cables, and the running equipment is safe and reliable in quality;
2.Secondary connector: the contact stroke is long, which meets the requirements of connection in test and working position. It is the first in the industry to separate the two rows of fixed terminals and two rows of outgoing terminals up and down, and the wiring and outgoing terminals do not interfere with each other, which makes the wiring more convenient and more beautiful;
3.Instrument panel: open-door hollow structure, which is convenient for wiring, component installation and testing. The component installation space is 164mm×122mm, which can meet the installation of digital display meters with a shape of 96mm ×96mm, and other components such as light buttons can be installed. The hollow part is made of steel plate, which is convenient for making holes;
4.Structure of 1/2 and 1/4 drawers: The operation mode of 1/2 and 1/4 drawers is hand-pulled three-position operating mechanism. When the switch is closed, the drawer is interlocked with the cabinet, so it is impossible to pull out the drawer. The 1/2 and 1/4 drawers are made without a side plate on one side, which is convenient for the complete set of manufacturers to install components and wiring. The 1/2 drawer can meet the side and rear outlet scheme of 125A current. 1/4 drawer can meet 63A side and rear outlet scheme;
5.Vertical channel: This cabinet-type vertical channel can choose half a set of functional boards and iron rectangular channel schemes;
6.Door lock: it is applied to drawer doors and fixed doors, and has the function of preventing the door panel from falling. After the door is locked, the falling is less than 0.5mm.
