The filter reactor is divided into three-phase and single-phase types, both of which are core dry type.

The iron core is made of high-quality and low-loss imported cold-rolled oriented silicon steel sheets, and the core column is divided into uniform small sections by a plurality of air gaps. The air gaps are separated by epoxy laminated corrugated glass cloth plates and bonded by special adhesives to ensure that the reactance air gaps do not change during operation.

The coils are controlled by H-class or C-class enamelled flat copper wires, which are arranged closely and evenly.

After the coil and iron core of the reactor are assembled into a whole, they are pre-baked, vacuum-dipped and hot-baked, and H-class dipped paint is adopted to firmly combine the coil and iron core of the reactor.

Non-magnetic materials are used for the clamps and case fasteners of the reactor, so as to ensure that the reactor has a high quality factor. Ensure a good filtering effect. The exposed parts are treated with anti-corrosion, and the lead-out terminal adopts tinned copper tube terminal.
