Self-frying low-voltage shunt capacitor is suitable for power system with dry frequency of 50H2 or 60Hz, and it is important to use dry power to improve power factor, reduce reactive power, improve voltage quality and tap transformer capacity.

Working conditions
1.After the capacitor is cut off from the power supply, it is necessary to ensure that the residual voltage of the capacitor is reduced to 10% of the rated voltage before it can be put into operation again. Usually, this time takes about 200s, so the controller should be selected with the function of locking time after being cut off. If a general controller is used, it is necessary to install a quick discharge facility. The equipotential switch can be used without this restriction.
2.The altitude does not exceed 2000m.
3.The ambient temperature category is -25/C, the lowest temperature is -25℃, and the highest temperature is Class C (the highest temperature does not exceed 50℃, the average temperature within 24 hours does not exceed 40℃, and the average temperature within one year does not exceed 30℃). The capacitor should be guaranteed to work under good ventilation conditions, and it is not allowed to work in a closed and unventilated environment. Set a variety of peripherals to meet different customer needs.

Main technical parameters
1.Rated voltages: 230V, 400V, 450V, 480V, 525V, 690V, 750V, 1200V. Other voltages can be specially ordered.
2.Rated capacity: 1-60kvar of 0.4-0.69kV, and the capacity of other voltage levels shall be determined separately.
3.Rated frequency: 50Hz or 60Hz.
4.Capacity allowance: -5%-+10%.
5.Tangent value of loss angle: tan5s0.1% at 20C.
6.Withstand voltage: 2.15 times the rated voltage between poles for 5 seconds, 2Un+2kV or 3kV between poles, whichever is higher, for 10 seconds, without permanent breakdown or flashover.
7.Maximum allowable overvoltage: 1.1 times the rated voltage, no more than 8 hours in every 24 hours; 1.15 times the rated voltage, no more than 30 minutes in every 24 hours; 1.2 times the rated voltage, no more than 5 minutes; 1.3 times the rated voltage, no more than 1 minute.
8.Maximum allowable current: The allowable current shall not exceed 1.3 times the rated current. For transitional overcurrent, considering the influence of overvoltage, positive deviation of capacitor and harmonics, the maximum filtered overcurrent shall not exceed 1.43 times the rated current.
9.Connection: △ angle connection, Y-star connection, Y-star connection with neutral point lead-out, Sichuan three-section connection, single-phase connection and other connections are agreed upon according to user's needs.
10.Self-discharge performance: After the capacitor is cut off for 3 minutes, the residual voltage drops from /2Un to below 50V.
