The photovoltaic energy storage and inverter integrated cabinet transformer (photovoltaic energy storage and booster integrated cabin) is a comprehensive photovoltaic box-type substation equipment with multiple equipment functions, which integrates the energy storage converter, booster transformer, high pressure ring network cabinet, low-voltage distribution box and other equipment into a container or a combination, and has the characteristics of simple transportation, installation, use and maintenance. PCS and boost variable capacity can be flexibly selected according to customer needs, plug and play, saving time and efficiency.

Traditional energy storage system needs to purchase energy storage converter and booster separately and couple them. The self-made energy storage, boost and converter machine has two kinds of equipment, which reduces the cost of equipment procurement, and combines the two voltage conversions of boost and buck to improve the working efficiency of the system.


General demand situation

The booster cabin contains a 1.25MW PCS (provided by Party A) and a dry-type transformer with a capacity of 1250kVA 10kV/0.69kV and its supporting equipment.


General requirements

1.Anticorrosion grade: C3

2.Insulation grade of step-up transformer: Class F; Material: copper; The energy efficiency level SCB11 meets the overload of 1.1 times.

3.LOGO, nameplate and spraying of booster integrated cabin need to be confirmed with our technicians, and confirmed after the default color of cabin is communicated.

4.UPS equipped in the booster integrated cabin shall provide uninterrupted power supply for half an hour.


Technical requirements of photovoltaic energy storage inverter integrated cabinet transformer

1.The booster integrated cabin is required to have external communication function, RS485, TCP/IP Ethernet and dry contact interface.

2.The casing shall be grounded (metal casing) during operation.

3.The pressure integrated cabin must cooperate with the battery equipment to ensure the best performance of the battery, and at the same time, it must cooperate with the upper EMS and other equipment to ensure the reliable realization of various functions.


Appearance and structure

1.The overall dimensions and structure should be designed reasonably to facilitate installation, inspection and maintenance.

2.It should be able to withstand the thermal stability and dynamic stability caused by short-circuit current, as well as the interference requirements of electric and mechanical strength and antimagnetic during handling and use.

3.The shell shall be made of cold-rolled steel plate not less than 1.5mm thick.

4.The opening and closing angle of the cupboard door should not be less than 90, and it can be opened and closed flexibly.

5.Welding, assembly and anticorrosion treatment shall conform to relevant standards, and there shall be no phenomena such as virtual welding, burr, edge tearing and untidy lap joint.

6.The power distribution cabinet shall be uniformly installed with safety warning signs according to the relevant requirements of the owner.
